The world is moving toward a new connected in which millions of intelligent processing devices communicate with each other to provide services transportation, telecommunication, and power grids the future’s smart cities. Distributed computing considered one efficient platforms for management massive amounts data collected by devices. This can be implemented utilizing multi-agent systems (MASs) multiple autonomous computational entities memory computation capabilities possibility message-passing between them. These dynamic self-adaptive platform managing distributed large-scale systems, such as Internet-of-Things (IoTs). Despite, potential applicability MASs cities, very few practical have been deployed using agent-oriented systems. research surveys existing techniques presented literature that utilized implementing adaptive networks related categorized based on steps designing controlling these cover required define, monitor, plan, evaluate performance an MAS.
